Account Deletion

Users of The Gold Card app may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion:
Please send an email from your registered email address to:
📧 thegoldcard1@gmail.com
with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Information that will be deleted:
- User account profile
- Login credentials
- Name, email address, and mobile number
- Membership information
Data retention:
Some transaction or verification records may be retained for a limited period if required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Once the request is received, the account and associated data will be deleted within a reasonable frame.
